Itinerary Details:
Day 1- Arrival in Leh:-
Arrive at Airport Leh - 3500m above sea level. Transfer to hotel for check-in. Todaye your are Free for leisure & acclimatization.. Visit-Rancho School Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace, Later in the evening walk around local market. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 2- Leh-Sham Valley- Local Sightseeing:-
Post breakfast we drive on the Srinagar highway and start our Day by visiting the hall of fame - museum constructed by the Indian army, Gurudwara patthar sahib nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the lamas of leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of guru nanak dev. further we experience the magnetic hill which defies the law of gravity. We stop at the confluence of the indus and Zanskar rivers, Kali Mata Mandir and later we drive back to the hotel in leh. Over Night stay at the Hotel.
Day 3- Leh - Khandrungla Top- Nubra Valley
Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardung-la-pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later visit Diskit Village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes (own Cost). Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.
Day 4- Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake
After breakfast at camp/hotel we drive to next destination Pangong Lake via Shayok and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik (Pangong). It’s a short cut and it's a beautiful route. The road follows the Shayok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It takes less than an hour to reach Shayok, and you will be delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque. Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at Pangong lake. overnight stay in Pangong.
Day 5- Pangong lake to Leh return via Hemis:-
After breakfast drive to leh, you will cross changla (elevation 5,360 or 17,590 ft) and by the way visit himes monastery, himes the largest and wealthiest monastery in ladakh. From himes visit thiksey monastery, located on a hill-lock with formidable views of Indus valley. After that we continues drive through series of the Buddha stupa to visit shey palace, and visit 3idiot Scholl campus and at last you will see Sindhu darshan and then leh.Overnight stay in leh hotel...
Day 6- Depart Leh
After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel & you would be transferred to Leh Airport. Your memorable tour to beautiful Ladakh concludes here.
